Why outsource your typing?

Printing
All work is printed/photocopied using an inkjet printer.
 
 
As an RSAII qualified typist I can also offer a copy typing service.  You can either hand deliver and collect your work for typing (at pre-arranged times) or you can send it via post/courier or email.  Alternatively, it may be possible for me to collect the work from you and deliver it back to you at a pre-arranged time.  There will be a fee of 20p per mile for the use of this service.  Various work can be undertaken ranging from an individual with a single piece of work to a business client who requires a broader service.  Below is a rough outline of the type of work I can undertake for you; please note this list is not exhaustive.

I am also able to offer a typing service to produce leaflets.  Please contact me to discuss your requirements and timescales.
 
You can email or provide your file/s on a CD, floppy disk or data stick.  I will print off using an inkjet printer - A4 copies only.  They can be printed in black and white or colour.  (**Formats accepted; Microsoft Office, JPEG, GIF, B-Map, PNG, Microsoft Digital, PhotoShop**).

A4 single sided black and white = 12p per sheet
A4 double sided black and white = 15p per sheet
A4 single sided colour = £1.00 per sheet
A4 double sided colour = £1.60 per sheet
 
I am also able to do basic Powerpoint presentations, basic Excel spreadsheets,  basic Access databases; including data entry.
 
If your staff have had time to type documents/letters but have no time available for putting them into envelopes and addressing them, then I will happily do this for you.  You can either hand deliver/collect your work (at pre-arranged times), send it via post/courier or I can collect/deliver at a rate of 20p per mile. I can also arrange for the letters to be posted directly from here saving you time and money having to collect them.  Please contact me for details.
 
In order to build this website and produce its content I spent a vast amount of time researching similar websites to make mine different; and finding information to add to my recycling resource.  My hobby is surfing to find out information, so if you require some internet research please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss how I could help.

  • Copy Typing/Other Office Duties £15 per hour Monday to Friday*.  £20 per hour Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays*.  There is a minimum charge of 1 hour, followed by 15 minute increments.  You therefore only pay for the time it takes to complete the work.  Prices are exclusive of courier/postage fees, stationery, and printing; any expenses incurred will be agreed with the client.

Payment
On completion of each assignment an invoice will be issued, unless agreed otherwise. 
 
Payment should be made within 14 days from the date of the invoice unless advised otherwise.
 
Payment can also be made via credit/debit card using Paypal.  If you wish to use this service then please notify me prior to commencement of the work.  You will need to visit the Online Shop, Office Work Section and go to 'Private Orders'.  Payment is strictly within 14 days of receiving your invoice.

I reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amounts at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate on the outstanding balance from the date of invoice until cleared payment is received.
 
If your cheque/payment is refused by the bank for any reason, you will be held responsible for all bank charges incurred by the returned cheque/funds.
 
I reserve the right to alter timescales and prices quoted due to change in specification, legibility and/or quality of the origin or source material, quantities, delivery arrangements or any other unforseen problems/circumstances.
 
I am not currently VAT registered.
 
Confidentiality
Work undertaken will be held on file for a period of two months from the date of completion, unless instructed otherwise.
 
After this period files will be securely destroyed or can be returned to you if requested.
 
Safety
Emails, cd's or other media sent will be scanned for viruses.  We will not open email attachments which are not accompanied by an explanatory message nor will we open unsolicited attachments to emails.
 
I will make every effort to scan all emails and attachments that are sent to customers for viruses etc.  However, it is the responsibility of all recipients to check graphics, text and attachments prior to opening a file as no responsibility or liability will be accepted by me.
 
Errors
I aim to provide you with a quality service.  In the unlikely event any document contains an error, I will put these right free of charge and will set as a priority.  However, any alterations from the original work given or further amendments requested by the client will be charged at the same rate.
